When making dining reservations, do all members of your party need to be on the same dining plan? Do all members need to be on a dining plan? My parents may be going with us on our next trip and will stay at their non-resort time share. Thanks!

    Hi Tamara!

Thanks for sending the Disney Parks Moms Parks Moms Panel another question.  Not all guests need to be on the same Disney Dining Plan or even have the Disney Dining Plan to secure Advanced Dining Reservations.  When you are making your reservations, just make sure that you include all guests in the total number of guests attending your dining experience.  I would suggest that someone with the Disney Dining Plan make the reservations in order to make all of your dining reservations at one time.   Guests using the Disney Dining are able to start making Advanced Dining Reservations 180 days prior to your arrival, and make reservations for up to 10 days at that time.  If someone who is not using the Disney Dining Plan will be making the reservations, just remember they will have to make the reservations one day at a time once that date is 180 days prior to the date you would like to make your reservation.

Once you you arrive at your dining location, the Cast Member will be able to separate your cheques however you need.

Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan.  We would be happy to help!
