When making dining reservations do we have to count baby as 1 person at the table. Many of the ones I like have availability for a table for 3 but not for 4. My little one will be 6 months old during our vacation. Should I make the reservation for 3?

Hello Anitha and thanks for asking such a great question about making Advanced Dining Reservations for your families upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
I'm afraid that it is indeed necessary when arranging any Dining Reservation at Walt Disney World Resort to include every member of your party; even the very smallest of Guest counts!  I believe that the reasoning behind this is for both Guest comfort and safety.
Please keep trying with making those Advanced Dining Reservations Anitha because magical cancellations do happen all the time.
    Have a great Disney day.
