Hello! When making a dining reservation online, does it automatically know that I have the dining plan? Or do you need to tell the cast member upon arrival? I have booked a few and I'm just a little worried I have missed a check box to use the dining plan

Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel!

If you are making your Disney Dining Plan (DDP) reservations directly from your My Disney Experience account, then the system will note that you have the DDP.  However, if you have not done this, there is no need to worry at all.  Simply let your Cast Member know upon arrival that you will be utilizing the DDP. After your Cast Member introduces him/herself to you, the next question is usually having to do with whether or not you are on the DDP.

Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel.  Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  We are always ready to offer some great tips and advice.  May your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation be filled with many new and MAGICAL memories.
