When making dining choices, is there a location where one might find the nutritional values for menu items? I am a Weight Watchers member and would like to stay on track while traveling! Thank you!

Hi Stacie - unfortunately, Disney does not post nutritional information on their menus at this time.  The good news is, there are many healthy options available when making your dining choices.  There are lots of great articles posted on the internet offering suggestions for eating healthy at Walt Disney World.  You can Google "Walt Disney World nutrition facts" or "Weight Watchers point values Walt Disney World" for plenty of reading material.  Weightwatchers.com also has a good article posted on their site which you can locate by searching "Destination Guide: Walt Disney World" on their website.

You might find it helpful to research the menus before arriving at your dining location.  You can find many of the menus posted on Disney's website as well as unofficial websites, such as allears.net.  Myfitnesspal.com also has some snack items entered by users in their community.

On the bright side, you'll be doing lots of walking which will earn you many activity points!  I wish you the best as you stick to your plan while visiting Walt Disney World!  Good luck! Diane
