I am going to be making my DDR on 6/10. Need to know what time fireworks are at MK on 12/10 because we want to make DDR at Ohana so that we can watch the fireworks from there. What time do you suggest we make our reservation? Sunset is at 5 pm then.

Hey There, Hi There, Ho, There Jeanie!

Dining at 'Ohana is one of our family's favorite treats when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. The restaurant, located at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, does indeed provide a great view of the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom. The night that you are planning for your reservations at 'Ohana is also an evening when Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party will be held at the Magic Kingdom.  While the schedule of the event has not been released, in prior years the Holiday Fireworks commenced at 10:00 pm.  With that in mind, if you want to catch the show while dining, I would schedule my reservation for 9:15 pm.

If you decide to dine at 'Ohana on an evening when the Magic Kingdom is not hosting Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, my recommendation would be to make your reservation for 8:15 as it is likely that the fireworks will happen at 9:00. Of course, since official schedules have not been released these times may change.

I hope this helps with your planning.

    See ya real soon,
    Anne
