When making a big purchase, is it better to apply for the Disney credit card?

    Hi Jennifer,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I see you are busy planning a magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort. Awesome!

The Disney Visa Cards from Chase let you earn reward dollars on everyday purchases, and then use them across the whole Resort for merchandise, meals, tickets, and even pay for your Resort Hotel stay or Magic Your Way Vacation Package. I have the Disney Premier Visa Card from day one, which even though it has an annual fee, it gives you a lot more reward dollars. For me, it pays itself in just a couple of months.

They also have some excellent Perks, like discounts on merchandise and food at select locations, Limited-Time Offers, and access to exclusive Character Experiences. You can also select from several fun card designs, including Star Wars ones. I carry Darth Vader in my wallet.

One last tip: a great way to bring back home all your photo and video memories is with Memory Maker. Let the Disney PhotoPass Service photographers do the work, and just smile for the camera. Happy planning!

    Ricardo.
