    We are making our ADRs in 2 weeks for the first week of December. Is the only way to see the new Be Our Guest menu is when we try to make those reservations?

     Pamela, I'm so excited to hear about your upcoming visit. The Walt Disney World Resort is the most magical place to kick off the holiday season!

     Be Our Guest Restaurant is one of my family's absolute favorite dining locations. Both the theming and the food are spectacular! A new, enhanced dining experience at Be Our Guest Restaurant will begin July 27, 2018, at which time, Guests will enjoy a 3-course, prix fixe menu for dinner in Beast's enchanted castle. While the new menu has not been released yet, we do know that Guests will be offered unique appetizers like charred octopus, and savory entrées such as filet mignon. I totally understand wanting to see the new menu before your window to make dining reservations opens up. Keep an eye on the The Disney Parks Blog for any announcements, but if nothing is posted before you're 6-months out from your visit, don't fret! If you're interested in dining at Be Our Guest Restaurant during your stay, make a dining reservation as soon as you're able to for the greatest availability. Then, if the new menu is released and you don't think it's something your family will enjoy, you can cancel the reservation without penalty as long as it's canceled within the cancellation period specified when booking. You can cancel your dining reservation online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463.
