When making ADR's, do you suggest online or speaking with a Cast Member? This will be our first trip with online reservations being an option. Want to be sure we have best chance at getting our 1st choice and online makes me leery of "glitches".

    Hi Amy,

I have made Advanced Dining Reservations both online and by speaking with a Cast Member.  I have had good success with both.

I like speaking with Cast Members because I feel like I'm closer to the magic and they often have good suggestions or tips for me.   I also like having a live person so that I can ask any questions that might come to mind.

However, making reservations online can save you time because you don't have to spend time on hold.  There are times I get right through on the phone and others I have to hold for a bit.  Fortunately, I really like the hold music.  If you've done your research and don't have any questions and know what you want, online is a good option.   I haven't had any problems with any glitches with the online system so far.  I always print out a copy of my confirmations just in case.

Give the online system a shot.  If you have any problems, can't get the reservations you want or aren't happy with it for whatever reason, you can always call 407-WDW-DINE to make changes or confirm your reservations.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
