While making ADR for 4adults 2children a couple of the restaurants said that our party may be split up. Not sure if I should cancel and make ADR for some other place or will they be able to seat us together. Would like to eat all together! Thanks

    Hi Dorothy!

Thanks so much for choosing to visit the Moms Panel with your question!

There's no need to change your reservations. This message commonly comes up when making a reservation for more than 4 Guests, simply because certain dining locations have fewer tables which accommodate dining parties of 6, 8 or more guests than they have to accommodate standard party sizes such as 2 or 4 guests.

I've frequently dined in a group of 6, 8  or more and received the message, yet I've very rarely been split up unless we specifically asked to! (sometimes if we're with another family - the kids want to eat at their own table!)

Upon checking in at the hostess stand, simply advise that you'd prefer to be seated at one table together. Sometimes you may wait just slightly longer for a larger table to become available, or for 2 adjacent tables to clear and be pushed together when there are already many other large parties dining at the same time as you.

Keep those dining reservations just the way you have them and I'm confident that you'll enjoy a fabulous experience.

Please write me back if you have additional questions about your upcoming vacation Dorothy. I'd love to hear from you again!

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
