what makes signature dining signature? I was thinking about eating at Le Cellei Steakhouse and was wondering how the signature made it different than Outback Steakhouse or a reg rest?

    Hi Jamie:

Disney's Signature Dining is considered Disney's finer dining experience.  These restaurants generally feature acclaimed or award-winning chefs, first-class food, exquisite wine collections, exceptional service, elegant or elaborate ambiance, and more special Disney touches.  They also are generally more expensive than Disney's other sit-down restaurants.

As a fan of both Le Cellier and Outback Steakhouse, you'll likely find Le Cellier much more tasty, unique, personal, and satisfying.  Of course great food and dining experiences can be found all around Disney World.  I have favorite Disney signature restaurants, such as Le Cellier, Jiko and California Grill, as well as non-signature restaurants, such as Biergarten and Whispering Canyon Café.

    Enjoy your vacation.
