We would like to mainly visit magic kingdom and animal kingdom. We are staying in a villa 1 mile from Walt Disney World Resort. If we take the hotel shuttle to Epcot, how would we get to animal kingdom and magic kingdom? is it far??

    Hi Alayna!

The most fun way to get to the Magic Kingdom from Epcot is to ride the monorail!  The express monorail will take you from Epcot to the Ticket and Transportation Center.  From there, you will transfer to either the express monorail to the Magic Kingdom or by ferry boat straight to the gates.  You can also take a bus from Epcot to the Magic Kingdom.

To get to the Animal Kingdom from Epcot you must take a bus.

Be sure to keep track of your time as most non-Disney resort shuttles only pick up and drop off a couple of times a day.  Write down the time you need to be back to Epcot to be picked up and give yourself plenty of travel time.

    Have a magical day!
