Hi! Now that Main Street in MK opens before the park, will we be able to go to Guest Services before Let The Magic Begin, to try to get a DAS for our son?

    Hi Julia!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are correct that Main Street, U.S.A., opens up for Guests prior to the official park opening. I love this fairly recent change and feel like it helps stream everyone in more smoothly. While the Guest Relations windows are scheduled to be open during normal park operating hours, they do usually open up early, as well. You should be able to get in line for your Disability Access Service card and make it inside in time for the "Let The Magic Begin" welcome show. I do recommend getting to the park at least an hour and a half prior to scheduled opening to make sure you get there in time.

For your convenience, here is a link to more detailed information about the Disability Access Service (DAS) provided at Walt Disney World Resort.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
