Greetings, Cynthia!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I can't wait for you to experience the magic of a Disneyland Resort vacation. When you
purchase a theme park ticket, you will have to choose the number of days for your ticket and whether you want a "One Park Per Day" or "Park Hopper" ticket. These tickets can be used for Disney California Adventure Park or Disneyland Park. If you have a One Park Per Day ticket, you must visit the same park all day depending on whichever you choose that morning. With a Park Hopper ticket, you can visit both parks throughout the day no matter how many times you'd like.
Main Street, U.S.A. is probably my favorite land in Disneyland Park, which is located just past the entrance as you walk across Town Square. It showcases original Disneyland architecture and theming taking you back into turn-of-the-century America. I love that you can ride in the famous
Main Street Vehicles just as Guests have done since Disneyland's earliest days.
In Disney California Adventure Park, the main walkway after you enter is Buena Vista Street. It is similar to Main Street, U.S.A. in that it offers many areas for shopping and snacking, but takes you into the Golden Age of Hollywood. To view both of these iconic settings, I advise taking time to visit one park each day or purchasing a Park Hopper ticket. You can familiarize yourself with park maps before you leave by downloading the official
Disneyland app!
I hope this helps, and I wish you a very magical day!
