As I can't be certain what might be going on with your
My Disney Experience mobile app not displaying its menu as expected, my best suggestion is to
give a call to the Walt Disney World Resort Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357.
I know you mention that you have a Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket that you're not able to select when you're trying to set up a Disney MagicMobile pass for the ticket. One possible explanation, though I can't be certain this is the issue you're seeing yourself, is that the theme park ticket is assigned to a Guest in your travel party who also has their own
My Disney Experience account. The Disney MagicMobile Service recommends that Guests with a My Disney Experience account create their own Disney MagicMobile pass on their own mobile device. The Cast Members on the Walt Disney World Resort Internet Help Desk can help you look at the issue you're seeing and provide details to help you.
