can i mail a package to my resort ahead of time

    Hi Sandra!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! You must be super excited about your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, which is only TWO days away! You couldn't have chosen a more magical time to visit

Absolutely! I do it all the time! You are more than welcome to mail packages to your resort ahead of time, up to ten days before your check-in date.

Be sure to provide all the necessary information so that your package reaches your resort and you! Remind the online vendor/shipping company to clearly label your boxes with the information below:

*Guest Name (as listed in the Reservation) and Arrival Date (Also, write the word "GUEST" in big print)
    *Resort Name
*Resort's Full Address (City, State, and Zipcode) as listed on the official website

When checking in, ask the Cast Member assisting you if a package under your name has been received. Be sure to have the tracking number handy so you can provide that information as well. If the package you are expecting hasn't arrived when check-in, keep asking until you receive it. Every package received by Bell Services will add a $6.00 (*prices are always subject to change without prior notice) fee to your room reservation, to be paid at check-out.

Sandra, please come back with more questions if you need to, we love to help!

    Have a magical time!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
