Can you mail letters to anyone from the youth activities after your cruise my daughter misses one of them a lot and wants to send a letter

    Hiya, Kai!

I had a huge smile on my face while I read your question. I can just imagine your sweet daughter living her best cruise life on your voyage! I am so glad that she had a great experience.

Aren't Cast Members the best? They really are the magic that makes Disney experiences so wonderful! I would recommend reaching out to Disney Cruise Line through email to share your story (we want that fantastic Cast Member to be recognized for their awesomeness!) and see if they can recommend a way to get mail to the ship they work on. Getting snail mail to the ships is quite difficult, as you might imagine, and the crew does often rotate between ships in the Disney Cruise Line fleet.

To help with your quest, I would provide as much information in your email as you possibly can. Some details that would help them track down your special Cast Member would be:

    • Name of the Cast Member
    • Home country on their name tag
    • The dates you sailed
    • Which ship you sailed on
    • Where on the ship the Cast Member worked with your child
Based on your question, I think your daughter probably made her new friend in Disney's Oceaneer Club or Disney's Oceaneer Lab. I would definitely give your daughter the chance to share in her own words in the email what she loved about the Cast Member and what she'd say to them!

Guest feedback is massively impactful for Cast Members, so an email from you and your daughter about your positive experience is such a gift, Kai! I hope your note is full of pixie dust and finds its way to the right person.

    Keep moving forward!
