I'm glad you stopped by with your question, just in the nick of time! You haven't reached the ordering deadline yet, but you'll need to place your order ASAP! Guests who have booked a stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel can order customized MagicBands through their My Disney Experience account.
MagicBand orders placed at least 11 days in advance will be shipped to the address on file; orders placed 6 to 10 days prior to arrival will be shipped to your hotel to be picked up at the
Front Desk. Customized MagicBands are no longer available within 5 days of arrival.
First, make sure your hotel or vacation package reservation has been linked to your account. If you were signed in to your account when booking online, your reservation should be automatically linked. If not, you can
link your reservation to your account using the reservation number found in your confirmation email.
I recommend placing your order via the
My Disney Experience website instead of the app -- I find it much easier. Use the My Disney Experience drop-down menu in the upper right corner to select "My MagicBands and Cards". You should then see "Your MagicBand Order". Click on the "Get Started" button. For each Guest on your reservation who would like a MagicBand, use the "Select" button below their name to browse the available options. Once you have made your selections, checkout and you should be all set! You'll be able to use your MagicBands to access your admission for theme park entry, enter Lightning Lanes booked with Disney Genie+ service, unlock the door to your Disney Resort Hotel room, charge purchases to your room folio, and more!
