I'm excited to hear about your visit to the
Most Magical Place on Earth later this year! Diving into the planning process is one of my favorite aspects of a Disney vacation, including creating the ultimate itinerary for your park days.
As you know, when staying in a Disney Resorts hotel, you can preorder
MagicBand+ for your entire party. It seems like many of the Guests have already received their MagicBand+ in the mail, but there are a few that have still not arrived. With your arrival still months away, you can give it some time to see if they arrive soon. With the tracking showing them stuck in one particular location, I can understand you being concerned about their status. Your next step would be to
call the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ line at the Walt Disney World Resort. The Cast Member will be able to look into your order, try to determine what the issue is, and rectify the situation. Again, with time to spare until you arrive, I have no doubt that you will have your MagicBand+ in plenty of time for your trip.
Karen, with your arrival in the fall, you'll have a chance to catch the new nighttime parade at the Magic Kingdom.
Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away is set to debut this summer and touch on a variety of classic Disney stories. I'm excited to see the whimsical storytelling and dazzling lights that head down Main Street, U.S.A. each night!
