    If my magicbands get lost in the mail and I don't receive them before my trip, how difficult is it to get them replaced? Would we be able to still get the colors we chose?

    Hi, Carrie!

    I am sorry to hear your MagicBands did not make it to your home. First of all, don't panic! I do not know your timeframe, but they still might arrive, so sending pixie dusted wishes that all ends well.

    If the MagicBands do not arrive, you will still be fine. There are just a few things you need to do, starting with Disney's Magical Express (if you are using the service). In lieu of scanning your MagicBand to board the motorcoach, have your Magical Express paperwork ready. If for some reason you do not even have that, go to the Magical Express desk at the airport (B Side, Level 1) to get checked in.

    When you arrive at your resort, the Cast Member at the front desk will replace your MagicBands. Here is where the bad news comes in, as your colors will be limited to whatever they have on hand. I just cannot guarantee they have the full rainbow of colors available. The good news is that they will work just the same and will be programmed as your room key, and will have all your park tickets and entitlements as noted on your My Disney Experience account.

    Keep watching your mail and perhaps that box of bands you are waiting for will magically appear. Good luck!
