    Will the magicbands be in use in the beginning of December? Do you need a smart phone or can you book fasspass etc through a laptop the day before. We are VC members staying in Saratoga Springs Villa and Treehouse. Thank you

    Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

    The MagicBand is a part of Disney's new MyMagic+ program.  This exciting new program is being tested and released as the year goes on.  At this point, I am not sure if the MagicBands will be in use during your trip.  I do suggest that you monitor the Disney Parks Blog for updates as the year progresses and you get closer to your vacation.  MyMagic+ does include both the My Disney Experience Mobile App and website, so you should be able to access what you need through your laptop.
