Ahoy there, Eileen. Thanks for taking the time to sail by planDisney!
We’re so glad you’re here with your questions for us. I’m delighted to see you’ll be sailing on a Disney cruise soon! I bet you’re getting excited as you countdown to Embarkation Day.
While it is fun to utilize a MagicBand or
MagicBand+ at Walt Disney World Resort or a
DisneyBand+ on
Disney Cruise Line, they’re not required to enjoy your Disney vacation. The bands provide convenience by serving as your room key; you can just tap the band to open your room door or pay for things at the parks or on the ship. MagicBand+ also unlocks enchanting interactions at Walt Disney World Resorts. On the ships, DisneyBand+ also will have magical surprises! (MagicBand+ can be used as a DisneyBand+ on Disney Cruise Line, subject to select ships and itineraries).
I’m also happy to report that Disney Resort rooms or Disney Cruise Line staterooms have beds that are pretty high off the ground, allowing Guests to easily stash luggage underneath. When we travel, each member in my family of 4 usually has our own full-size suitcases. We’ve had no issues storing all of our luggage under the bed to keep them out of sight during our stay. There are also plenty of storage areas in the cabinets and drawers for organizing your wardrobe.
I hope this information is helpful for you, Eileen. As you continue to get ready for your upcoming trip, please don’t hesitate to visit us on
planDisney again if you have more questions.
Hope to SEA ya real soon,
Kiki
