MagicBand+ pairing with Smart Phone; Minnie Mouse band

    I have a MagicBand+ ready to purchase via pre-arrival options on My Disney Experience. However, we have found a different one on the Disney Store site and I'd like to remove the one on can I do this?

    Hey, howdy, hey, Courtney, and welcome to planDisney! I'm excited to chat with you today about the Most Magical Accessory on Earth - the MagicBand+! I'm a little partial to these devices for the simplicity and fun they bring to my Disney experiences, and a bit like Ariel, I've acquired quite a collection of them over the years!

    When you stay as a Guest at a Disney Resort hotel, one of the perks that you mentioned is a discounted pre-arrival price on select MagicBand options. As someone who appreciates finding the perfect MagicBand for each visit, I understand shopping around, too! The good news is that even if you have already selected a MagicBand on your My Disney Experience account, but have not completed your purchase, you can go back in and easily edit or even decline a selection for each individual member of your travel party. To do so, be sure you are logged into your My Disney Experience account either online or on the mobile app. If you're online, select My Magic Bands and Cards from the dropdown menu under My Disney Experience. When you see your reservation details, click Get Started and you will see your previous selections for each member. From here, you can click on Select a New MagicBand to edit your previous selection and then select Decline MagicBand which will be just under your name. Remember that once you have declined a MagicBand and completed your order, you will not be able to go back in and make a selection.

    The process is similar on the mobile app, select the three horizontal lines at the bottom right corner of the app and then find your Hotel Reservation where you will see an option to Choose MagicBands. From here, select Get Started and then follow the same process to select or decline a band for each person in your group.

    Courtney, once your MagicBand arrives from the Disney Store, be sure to go into your account and link it to your profile so that you can easily tap into the parks, Lightning Lane entrances, and charge purchases back to your Disney Resort hotel reservation!
