I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your
MagicBand+, let's take a closer look and hopefully find you a solution!
I've also had some issues with my MagicBand+ at times, but it did end up working just fine after I tried a couple of steps. The first one I found most helpful was ensuring that my MagicBand+ was fully charged. If it's only lighting up on the charger, it may not be fully charged, or perhaps wasn't on the charger the correct way which I've experienced many times before when I thought it was.
There are several
helpful tips on the Disneyland site for MagicBand+ issues, and another recommendation is making sure the MagicBand+ software is up to date. You can navigate to MagicBand+ in the Disneyland app (you'll need to make sure it's already paired) and make sure you have the latest version. I'm hoping one of these helpful tips works for you and that you can be on your way for your trip!
You also could reach out to a helpful Cast Member on the
Guest Services line, and hopefully they will also have some helpful tips to share to get your MagicBand+ working again. It's so helpful to have a MagicBand+ during your trips, I used it to scan our theme park tickets for entry into the parks, as well as for our Lightning Lane entrances using
Lightning Lane Multi Pass. It really did help save some of my mobile phone battery which is always helpful during a visit to the theme parks!
