Marlody, I also needed to check on my MagicBand recently because I wanted to be sure it was linked to my account. The easiest way to do this is to open up the My Disney Experience Mobile App, head to the menu and select MagicBands & Cards. Click on your name and you will see every piece of identification that has been issued to you under your account, like
MagicBand+, MagicBand, and Admission Cards. You should be able to see your MagicBand there, and if it says it has already been claimed, that means that it's already linked to an account. If you're sure that the MagicBand is yours, you can rest assured that it's not possible for someone else to link it to their account. If you're still not seeing it in your account, you might want to reach out to a helpful
Cast Member to see if you can find the source of the issue with linking your MagicBand.
