Greetings Angela and welcome to planDisney!

My MagicBand+ has me climbing the walls! That might be because The Amazing Spider-Man is wrapped around my wrist!

Angela, sorry to hear that you are having issues with your MagicBand+. Sounds like you have tried the factory reset route, and it hasn’t helped. I would recommend trying it a couple more times; the timing of the reset is not always easy to do. If you are still having issues, the next step would be to call the App and MagicBand Support phone line, and a friendly Cast Member will help you get the magic back into that MagicBand+!

Once you get that little rascal back up and running, you’ll be able to enjoy a truly interactive experience with most of the nighttime spectaculars! My MagicBand+ is on my wrist from the moment I’m in my airplane seat for our trip to Orlando until we get back to our house and I’m reminded that it doesn’t work on our front door!

Angela, have a great adventure in September, and if you have the chance, join Mickey and Minnie for a night of trick-or-treating at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! There is an additional cost for a party ticket, but we always have a great time celebrating with the gang in the Magic Kingdom! Wherever your plans take you, don’t forget to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
