I love
MagicBands and how much easier and more convenient they make a trip. In fact, I usually catch myself trying to touch my MagicBand to the credit card machines in Orlando International Airport on the way home from a Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
MagicBand+ is going to be a fantastic upgrade to MagicBands as they will allow Guests to interact with the theme parks in entirely new ways! While we know that MagicBand+ will debut during the
Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration, unfortunately, we don't have a specific timeline for their debut. And while we know that MagicBand+ will be debuting at Disneyland Resort sometime in 2022, we also don't know which resort will get the pleasure of using this new technology first. I recommend that you keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for announcements and hopefully we will get additional information about the debut of MagicBand+ in time for your next trip!
