Disney's Magical Express

    I have magical express transportation reservations. But do we have to use the complimentary luggage delivery? Could we just grab our luggage upon arrival to MCO and take to the motorcoach to get loaded on?

    Hi, Mary! Can you feel that pixie dust already landing on you? Your arrival at the Orlando International Airport is upon you, so it is time to get this magic started! Using Disney's Magical Express really is the most convenient way to begin your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I just used this service last weekend and had a wonderful journey on the motorcoach. I was walking through the doors at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas faster than you can spell "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!"

    Mary, when you arrive at Orlando International Airport, you are welcome to pick up your luggage from the baggage carousel and take it with you to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center. The motorcoach driver will assist you with loading your luggage to the compartments underneath the motorcoach and then retrieving them when you reach your Disney Resort Hotel. The key to making this happen is to not affix the yellow luggage tags to your bags! If you use those yellow luggage tags, then your bags will automagically be transferred before they even reach the baggage carousel.

    When you arrive at your Disney Resort Hotel, you may find that your room is not quite ready for you yet. No worries! Just check your luggage with Bell Services and they will hold them for you until the room is ready. You will be free to set off and enjoy the theme parks and Disney Springs! If you completed Online Check-In or provide your mobile phone number to the Front Desk upon your arrival, then you will receive a text or email when your room is available. You can also find your room number in the My Disney Experience mobile app once it has been assigned.
