Does the Magical Express have to drop you off at the resort you are staying in, or can you request to be dropped off at a different resort?

Hi ya, Heather! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your trip countdown is down to double digits, and I'm so excited that you've decided to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel! I love having access to benefits like Extra Magic Hours and complimentary MagicBands, but Disney's Magical Express is the best perk, in my opinion. It may not be Cinderella's Carriage, but it's much more comfortable and convenient- it's like having a personal footman taking care of your luggage and doing the all the navigating for you.

With that being said, Guests who use this complimentary transportation service can only be dropped off at their own Walt Disney World Resort hotel. When you arrive at the Orlando International Airport, you'll need to take the tram from your gate area to Level 3 of the Main Terminal Building. Proceed to Side B, and take the elevator or escalator to Level 1 where you'll see Disney's Magical Express check-in location. The Cast Members will scan your MagicBands (so make sure not to check them in your luggage) and direct you to the correct motorcoach that will magically whisk you away to your resort. Once you arrive, feel free to check any carry on bags with the outside Bell Services, and my suggestion would be to request a Minnie Van through the Lyft app to take you to the resort of your choosing.

Heather, I know your trip is quickly approaching, so if you have any more questions, feel free to ask! See ya real soon!

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
