Can we use Magical Express on the day we leave if we check out at 11am but our flight doesn't leave until 740pm? We still have park passes that day so we won't be departing until later that day.

    Hi Lynn,

I am just about to do that myself. I plan to check out of my room, check my luggage with the resort airline check-in (participating airlines), and head out to the parks.

On the morning of your departure, your boarding passes will likely be delivered to your guest room. If you choose not to check your luggage at the resort airline check-in, you can simply have them held at Bell Services, and then loaded onto the motor coach when Disney's Magical Express arrives. Expect that your Magical Express bus will pick you up about 3 hours prior to your flight. I would head towards the theme park exit about 4 hours prior to your flight (if utilizing bus transportation back to your resort hotel).

Let me know if you have any other questions, Lynn, and feel free to read the FAQ's about Disney's Magical Express. I'm happy to help you plan a practically-perfect Walt Disney World vacation.
