    1. Is there a Magical Bus yet to transport us from the airport to the Caribbean Beach Resort and if so how do we get on it? 2. If we want Genie, how do we get it on our magic band? 3. Once we arrive at our hotel, how do we activate our magic bands?

    Hi Diane! Welcome to planDisney!

    Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is right around the corner! How exciting is that? You will love your stay at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. I think my favorite thing about this Disney Resorts Collection hotel is the Disney Skyliner. It is such a fun way to travel around the Most Magical Place on Earth!

    Disney's Magical Express is still transporting Guests from Orlando International Airport to their Disney Resort hotel (until December 31, 2021)! This complimentary service can be reserved by calling 1 (866) 599-0951. Be sure to have your hotel reservation number handy, along with your arrival and departure flight information. When you arrive at Orlando International Airport, head to baggage claim to retrieve any luggage you checked, then make your way to the check-in podium for Disney's Magical Express. A Cast Member will look up your reservation and direct you from there.

    While we know that Disney Genie Service will arrive this fall, it has not yet launched on the My Disney Experience mobile app and we don't have an exact date when it will begin. If it begins before or during your trip, you will be able to find it on the app which will automagically link to your MagicBands since both will be connected to your My Disney Experience account. Keep your eyes on the Disney Parks Blog for more information on this digital service.

    As long as your MagicBands are linked to your My Disney Experience account, they should already be activated and ready to go! How convenient is that?! If you would like to check, sign into your account on the main Walt Disney World website, then choose "My MagicBands and Cards" from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. Scroll down until you see your MagicBands next to the person they are linked to. If the button says "Deactivate," then that means that your MagicBand is active. If it says "Activate," then simply click that to activate your MagicBand.
