Howdy Debbie!
Welcome to
planDisney! Thank you for sharing this great question with us!
I was always a big fan of the no-expiration theme park tickets! I linked and used my last two days last year. Linking your no-expiration theme park tickets can be a challenge, and you may need to
call the
Walt Disney World Resort and let a Cast Member help you connect your tickets. For me, the numbers on the theme park tickets were not what I needed to link them. The Cast Member was able to find the number to link my tickets, and then I was able to assign them to a
Disney Park Pass Reservation. I also purchased extra theme park tickets for the rest of my visit while speaking with the Cast Member. With all my theme park tickets linked, then I could make all of my reservations. To try and link your theme park tickets in your
My Disney Experience mobile app, click on your “Welcome” page. Then, click on the “Tickets and Passes” option. Once you have chosen this option, you will see a plus symbol in the upper right-hand corner. Choose the “Link Tickets & Passes” option, and enter your ID code from your no-expiration ticket. If your ticket is linked, you will see it reflected in the “Tickets & Passes” option. If you do not see your theme park tickets in this area, you will need to call the Walt Disney World Resort for further help.
As you continue to plan your upcoming visit, check the
Disney Parks Blog for everything to see and do during your stay! If you have any more questions, please come back to planDisney! We look forward to helping you plan an unforgettable visit to Neverland next June, Debbie!
See Ya Real Soon,
Tamela
