Is there still a magic shop in the Magic Kingdom?

Hello Nicole and thank you for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such a magical question!
I've been lucky enough to have been visiting and re-visiting the magic of Walt Disney World Resort since my childhood yEars way back in 1979 and I do recall a shop on Main Street, U.S.A named The House of Magic which I believe disappeared (perhaps in a puff of smoke!) back in the mid 1990s.
I'm not sure if this is the same store you're enquiring about or if perhaps you're thinking of Memento Mori which is currently located in Liberty Square close by to the Haunted Mansion.  Memento Mori is a spellbinding place for fans of Madame Leto to visit and stocks a plethora of Haunted Mansion merchandise and souvenirs suitable for all foolish mortals to purchase.
Plus Guests can have an audience with the Big Cheese himself at Meet Mickey Mouse at Town Square Theatre where you may be lucky enough to see Mickey perform some real Disney magic just for you!
Another mystical spot you may wish to frequent is the vintage styled AbracadaBar on Disney's BoardWalk; this sophisticated cocktail lounge is famed for it's curious cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and baffling beers and is absolutely worth making an appearance in.
Wishing you an upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort which is filled with enchantment.
    Have a great Disney day.
