Hi Brandi!
Welcome and thank you for stopping by with your question about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation! I love
repositioning cruise itineraries; it’s so fun to start your vacation in one location and end it in a completely different place…not to mention the sights you will SEA along the way!
I checked with Guest Services and disembarkation at the end of your sailing is scheduled to begin around 8:00AM. If you choose to do Express Walk Off you may be able to disembark a little earlier, usually around 7:30AM or so, but to do this, you are required to carry off and handle your own luggage. Even though the ship is scheduled to arrive in the port late the night before, the port is not officially open, so therefore disembarkation cannot happen any earlier. Disney Cruise Line recommends Guests not schedule flights earlier than 11:30AM on disembarkation day to account for any unforeseen delays there may be, so you may want to keep that in mind when scheduling your flight home. If you do have an earlier flight, I recommend taking advantage of the Express Walk Off option, but also keeping that in mind when packing – we have made the mistake of overpacking and then struggling with strollers, luggage and tired, cranky babies AND trying to do Express Walk Off!
I am so excited for you to set sail with Captain Mickey and Friends! You have so many fun and exciting things awaiting you onboard the beautiful
Disney Magic, which happens to be my family’s most favorite of the Disney Cruise Line ships. It was the first ship we sailed on and therefore it holds a special place and lots of memories for us. Wishing you a vacation filled with many MAGICal memories of your own!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
