Q1: We have Magic Your Way passes from 2007 marked No Expiration. How does one verify this and check the number of days left on the passes? Q2: We will be traveling by air, & would like to ship snacks/water to an on-property hotel. Is that OK?

    Hey Michelle!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for sending us your fantastic questions about Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets and Disney Mail Services.

You can determine the status and the amount of days remaining on a theme park ticket a number of different ways:

    1. Dial the “Existing Tickets” telephone number and speak to a friendly Cast Member by dialing (407) 939-7523.

    2. Visit a ticket window at a Walt Disney World Resort theme park, concierge desk at a Disney Resort hotel, or Guest Relations at Disney Springs.

    3. Email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. Please visit this link for instructions on what to include in your email.

Yes, you may absolutely ship snacks, water and packages to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Many Guests choose to do so in order to maximize luggage space and avoid additional baggage fees. In order to receive mail during your Disney Resort hotel stay please include the following on your package:

Include the complete mailing address of your Disney Resort hotel

Clearly feature the word “Guest” on the front and the date of your arrival at the hotel

Michelle, I hope I have helped answer your questions. I’d love for you to visit the Moms Panel again if you have any more questions. We are always here to help you!

    Wishing You an Unforgettable Vacation,
