I'm sorry you are having problems viewing your Magic Key Pass. As a
Disneyland Resort Magic Key Holder, you should be able to view this under "Tickets and Passes" in the
Disneyland Mobile App and on the
Disneyland website under "My Disneyland." If you have checked both of these and still cannot see it, I would suggest calling Magic Key Membership Services at (714) 781-7277. You can mention the payment situation and ask if your Magic Key Pass is still active. While I'm not sure why you can't see your Magic Key in the app, a Cast Member should be able to help you.
If you need to update your monthly payment, please call (800) 410-4656 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday to Friday. You can change the credit card at any time if needed. If you need to view the Disneyland Resort Magic Key Terms and Conditions, you can view them
