I have a magic your way package with 3 day hopper tickets for November. I plan on coming for 1 day in September and purchasing a one day ticket. How will it know which to take from when I come? I don’t want to lose my 3 days on a one day visit.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Valerie!

I'm so glad you asked this question before your brief visit to Walt Disney World Resort this September. You definitely don't want to activate your three day park hopper ticket in September. Fortunately, managing your theme park ticket conundrum will be very simple.

Before you enter the theme park of your choice in September, speak to the Cast Members dressed in plaid and carrying iPads at the touch points at the park's entrance. Explain that you have two tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account and that you'd like to prioritize the one-day ticket. If the three-day ticket is prioritized, the Cast Member can reverse the order right there before you enter the park. That will preserve the three-day ticket for your November visit. The whole process takes less than five minutes. It is time well spent.

Let us know if you have any additional questions as you prepare for an exciting fall at Walt Disney World Resort.

Sending best wishes and pixie dust,
