Will "The Magic, the Memories, and You" still preform once the Cinderella Castle Dreamlights are installed? It would be disappointing if I could not see the show in December. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Rob,

I just returned from the Most Magical Place on Earth a couple of weeks ago and while I was there, I did some research about this. I asked multiple Cast Members at Guest Relations at the Magic Kingdom and they all looked at me and said "Great Question". However, at this time they haven't been given any information regarding whether or not The Magic, The Memories and You! will continue after the enchanted Castle Dream Lights are installed on Cinderella Castle.

I also dined with an Imagineer and although he is not involved in that area, I asked him too. I figured it couldn't hurt to ask, right? He too said that was a "Great Question". He did say that Disney is great with projection and lighting so it could be possible for them to figure out a way to do both and he'd be interested to see what they do with it.

So on my last trip, I couldn't find someone with an answer although they invited me to check again on my next trip. I will be down again before the end of summer and will be sure to ask again if Disney doesn't make an official announcement prior to that time. Please feel free to check with me again mid-August and I'll see if I can gather more information. I'm sure that because Let The Memories Begin is the 2011 campaign they will do their best to make it happen.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that they can work it out. The Magic, The Memories and You! is a super cool show! Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
