Is there much to do at Magic Kingdom for a 2 year old?

    Hi, there!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Claire. We're so glad you stopped by with this great question!

It sounds like you're planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort with a little one in tow. How exciting! As a mom of three, I can tell you that there are many experiences your 2-year old can enjoy at Magic Kingdom Park. It's my pleasure to fill you in!

My toddlers have most enjoyed Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom Park. This fairytale worthy section of the park is home to lots of family-friendly attractions you and your little one can experience together. You won't want to miss "it's a small world," Peter Pan's Flight, and Prince Charming Regal Carrousel. These classic attractions are perfect for Guests of all ages! I especially appreciate Dumbo the Flying Elephant and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. With interactive queue areas, my kiddos can be active and entertained while we wait to ride! I bet your 2-year old will also enjoy Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid, Mad Tea Party, and Enchanted Tales with Belle. Other family-friendly attractions at Magic Kingdom Park include Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Jungle Cruise, The Magic Carpets of Aladdin, and the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover.

In addition to attractions, Magic Kingdom Park has incredible entertainment options for little ones. Your heart is sure to melt as you watch Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade and Happily Ever After through the eyes of your child!

Does your 2-year old love Disney Characters? At Magic Kingdom Park you can meet Mickey Mouse and his pals, Disney Princesses, and even unique Characters like Mary Poppins, Buzz Lightyear, and Peter Pan. I recommend booking a dining reservation at The Crystal Palace. Here you can enjoy a delicious meal AND the company of Winnie the Pooh and his friends from the Hundred-Acre Wood! The very best part about this dining location? Children under the age of 3 can eat for free!

I hope this was helpful, Claire. Please let me know if you have any other questions about a pixie-dusted day of adventures at Magic Kingdom Park!
