We'll be going to Magic Kingdom to upgrade our tickets, but will be visiting on a later date. Do we have to pay for parking or will they allow us to just go in to buy tickets? It's kinda crazy to pay $14 just to buy tickets.

    Hi Lisa!

If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, and you need to drive to Magic Kingdom to make an upgrade to a ticket you hold, you would still need to pay the parking fee. (unless you have an annual pass which doesn't seem to be your situation) I called just to be sure that there were not any other places such as Downtown Disney where you could do upgrades to your ticket, but my call only confirmed that you would have to do it at the theme park. Not great news, but I hope this helps!
