How do I make a Magic Kingdom Park Reservation for Disney World?

    Hello, Marie Catherine,

Thank you for sending your question to planDisney.  It looks like you are starting to make some great plans for your trip to Walt Disney World.  Making your Theme Park Reservations is a perfect way to begin those vacation plans!

To make your Theme Park Reservations, you want to first log on to your My Disney Experience account and confirm availability for the dates and parks you'd like to visit. If you have not purchased your Theme Park Tickets, you want to begin with that. Then, you will be creating your party or group of family/friends who will be visiting with you. Once that is done, you need to connect the theme park ticket that is assigned to each person. Now, you can begin making the theme park reservations by selecting the date and theme park you'd like to visit. You'll now be prompted to review and confirm your reservation. It can be a bit overwhelming to read through the steps, but please know that once you have started the process, the website guides you through the steps.

If you'd like a more detailed description of the steps, they can be viewed on the Theme Park Reservations page. If you'd prefer to speak to someone to walk you through the steps, you can call Walt Disney World and speak to a cast member from the My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ department.

By the way, did you know that when you are 60 days out from your arrival that you can begin making dining reservations? If you are staying at a Disney Resort, you can make 10 days worth of reservations at that time, too.

Wishing you a magical trip! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
