Hello! We will be at Magic Kingdom for one day on May 5. I have not been to Disney in about 20 years and a lot has changed! How does the fast pass work? I have read a bit about it but am slightly confused on how it works. Thank you!

    Hi, Kimberly!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and welcome back to Walt Disney World Resort!

If you create an account on My Disney Experience and link up your one-day ticket, you can go into the FastPass+ reservation system and create up to three reservations in one park. After you use all three in the park, you can reserve an additional FastPass on another Magic Kingdom Park attraction. if you use the My Disney Experience app on your phone.

It's a really cool tool. I love using the app to keep an eye on my plans for the day and I love being able to snag extra FastPass+ reservations after I use up the first three.

Have an unforgettable day at Walt Disney World Resort! Feel free to return to the Disney Parks Moms Panel before you arrive to ask any extra questions ahead of time!
