Hi Samantha, I have been bringing both of my boys to Walt Disney World since they were infants. They may not remember our first, early trips, but I have albums and frames filled with magical memories! Many attractions throughout the parks have no height restrictions, and can accommodate a lap-riding infant. Magic Kingdom is a wonderful, whimsical place to celebrate childhood. Fantasyland is filled with rides that are sure to delight even the tiniest child, including It's a Small World, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan and Cinderella's Golden Carousel. There are many attractions throughout the other parks as well that are perfect for children of all ages. At Epcot, or example, The Seas with Nemo and Friends and Journey into Imagination are both good choices. Have a wonderful vacation!
