    Hiya Hronn! Welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like you already have a really good idea of how you’d like to structure your visit to Magic Kingdom Park, well done!

From what I gather, you intend to take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry. That’s a great strategy! By arriving early in the morning, you are maximizing your time in the park, which is a great way to ensure you have the best chance to experience the attractions that are most important to you.

Lightning Lane Multi Pass is not a necessary purchase to have a great day at Magic Kingdom Park. Whether or not you choose to purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass will depend on what’s most important to you. Lightning Lane Multi Pass is intended to save you time waiting in line. Time that could be used to enjoy some of the other park offerings! This could be attractions you did not initially intend to experience, or other entertainment options such as the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade, or Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire on the stage in front of Cinderella Castle.

On the other hand, if you are willing to wait in the standby queue for the attractions that you’ve mentioned, you can absolutely do that as well! Attraction wait times fluctuate throughout the day, and arriving early is a great way to give yourself the best chance at experiencing everything you set out to.

If you do decide to purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass and are staying at a Disney Resort hotel and other select hotels, you will be able to make your purchase 7 days ahead of your resort stay. You’ll also be able to book 3 Lightning Lanes ahead of your park day. During your park day, as soon as you redeem your first Lightning Lane, you’ll then be able to book any other available attraction included in the Magic Kingdom Park Lightning Lane Multi Pass lineup. This could save you a little to a lot of time waiting in the standby queue.

I hope this answers your questions and helps you decide if Lightning Lane Multi Pass is right for you, Hronn! If you have any other questions leading up to your magical vacation, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us here at planDisney!

    Happy planning!
