I will be going to Magic Kingdom with a 7 month old and a 3 year old. Are the slow rides slow enough for the 7 month old? Any suggestions for rides/attractions the whole family can enjoy together would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi Valerie,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. How wonderful to be planning a trip to Walt Disney World with your little ones! I remember heading to Walt Disney World with my daughter when she was younger, and the magic in her eyes, even when she was a baby, was unforgettable!

There are absolutely attractions that even your baby can enjoy. Check out this Disney Parks Blog post about attraction height requirements so that you can see which attractions require a certain height to ride. There are many options for gentler rides. So many of the rides at Magic Kingdom are this way, including it's a small world and Jungle Cruise. The first ride that my daughter ever went on was Journey Into the Imagination with Figment at Epcot when she was a baby, and soon after that, Living with the Land. At Disney's Hollywood Studios, we would concentrate more on attractions such as Disney Junior Live on Stage. Finally, at Disney's Animal Kingdom, our daughter would enjoy a ride on the Wildlife Express Train out to Affection Section. These are just a small assortment of the rides and attractions suitable for the whole family at Walt Disney World!

While you are at Walt Disney World, do check out the Baby Care Centers. These are located in each of the theme parks and provide a great place to feed and change your little ones, as well as simply a relaxing place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Valerie. Please do let us know if you have any further questions!
