Hi Jaimy, welcome to planDisney!
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom Park is the ultimate holiday event at Walt Disney World Resort. I'm still basking in the red and green glow of last night's party where I enjoyed complimentary hot chocolate and cookies (the iced gingerbread cookies from Pinocchio Village Haus were my favorite), a prime spot by Cinderella Castle for Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show, and a spacious seat on the curb by Town Square Theater for the 11:00 p.m. Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade. You're in for a holiday treat, and I'm not just talking about the cookies!
I understand your family purchased your tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. As part of that online purchase process, they linked each ticket to a member of their Family and Friends list in My Disney Experience. My first recommendation is to confirm that the ticket does not already appear in your
My Disney Experience account. If it's definitely not there, your family member likely created a new Guest profile with your name and assigned the ticket to that profile during checkout. Here are the steps to merge that profile with your My Disney Experience account:
1. Ask your family member to click "Update" next to your name as it appears on their Family and Friends list.
2. They should then click "Share planning with Jaimy" and enter the email address associated with your My Disney Experience account, which prompts you to receive an email invitation to connect.
3. Click "Accept" in your email invitation to connect and the account profile they created will automagically merge with your account. Your Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party ticket will appear in your account and you and your family member will remain connected as Family and Friends, which means you can view and make plans for each other.
If further Cast Member assistance is required, you can call the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, MagicBand+ number at (407) 939-4357.
Plan magic; planDisney.
