Hi Samantha! Welcome to planDisney!
Throughout each day of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, there will be many moments that will add up to a truly unforgettable stay. It may be seeing Tinkerbell fly over the Magic Kingdom during
Happily Ever After, running into Chip 'n Dale at your Disney Resorts hotel, or getting a wave from Alice during the
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade. The "Kiss Goodnight" at the Magic Kingdom is one of these special experiences that is worth staying a little late one night.
The "Kiss Goodnight" is an experience that happens at the
Magic Kingdom about 30 minutes after the park officially closes. It's a unique offering since there is no official schedule for it. You'll need to be patient and keep yourself busy while many of the Guests are heading toward the exit. It's a great time to pop into the
Emporium to grab some last-minute items and stick close to Cinderella Castle where this experience occurs. At some point, the castle will begin to twinkle and the "Kiss Goodnight" will play out. It only lasts for a few minutes, but it's the perfect way to end a Magic Kingdom day.
While this experience is still occurring, I can't guarantee that it will take place during your visit in March. I suggest asking a Cast Member at one of the
Guest Experience Team booths around the park if it will occur that night. This way, you'll know for sure on that day and not wait around too long if it is not happening.
Samantha, I hope you have a magical time during your visit!
