We are going to be at magic kingdom on Halloween night & are going to Mickeys party. We also have reservations at Be Our Guest at 920 pm but don't want to miss any of the great parts of the party. Should we cancel or will that time be ok for parades et

    Hi there Amy,

I just attended Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at The Magic Kingdom a few weeks ago, and as usual, it was a fabulous experience featuring lots of attractions, characters in costume, and of course, CANDY!

I honestly think 9:20 is a great time to break for dinner at Be Our Guest Restaurant, especially if it was the only time you were able to secure a reservation for this popular locale during your trip.  Also, if you enter Magic Kingdom at 4:00 PM, when party attendees are first permitted, you'll definitely be ready for a nice meal at some point in the evening.

It will take about an our to dine here, so I recommend catching the first "Boo To You" parade at 8:25, continuing with Trick-or-Treating, and then heading over to your reservation at Be Our Guest. The only downfall to this would be missing Hallowishes at 10:00 PM, although it is possible that if you ordered right away, you could potentially be in and out just in time to catch it.  And right in front of Beast's Castle is actually a nice viewing location.

Hope this helps you make a decision, and I hope you are able to make BOTH of these magical experiences work on your upcoming vacation!

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
