Magic Kingdom 50th Fireworks Dessert Parties: Disney Enchantment Treats & Seats sold out already for May or are they not available?

    Hiya Gerald,

Welcome to planDisney! Can you believe that you are within the 60-day window before your magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort?! I’m a bit of a planning nerd so getting to book my dining reservations and Enchanting Extras is probably one of my favorite parts of preparing for a trip. When I hit the 60-day mark, I get so excited because, in my opinion, that is when the real fun begins.

I’m sorry to hEAR that you are experiencing difficulties securing reservations for the Magic Kingdom 50th Fireworks Dessert Parties: Disney Enchantment Treats and Seats. The fireworks dessert parties are always so incredible and really popular. There is definitely a chance that all of the current spots have been booked for your requested dates. If you want to double-check, you can call a Cast Member at 407-939- 5277 to ask about availability. Please note that you could be waiting on hold for much longer than you want due to high call volume. You can either try to make your call early in the morning or later in the evening to lessen your wait.

A reason why the spots may already be filled up is when you made reservations. If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel, you can start booking Enchanting Extras and dining 60 days plus the length of your stay before. So, for example, if you are staying at Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter for five days, you would be able to book (65 days before your trip begins). If you are only looking at the 60-day mark, there is a chance reservations have been secured before you log on. But don’t worry yet; I have a few suggestions that may help you secure the reservation you want.

    - Check back later. As other Guests change their schedules, there is always a potential (though not guaranteed) that a spot will open up closer to your trip. To avoid a costly cancellation fee, Guests will often cancel their plans in the days leading up to their trips.

    - If you use the My Disney Experience mobile app to book reservations, try using My Disney Experience online and vice versa. Sometimes if one is experiencing glitches, the other is a lot more successful.

    - Have you considered getting a dinner dining reservation for California Grill? I just recently experienced this table service location, and it is incredible. Their three-course prix fixe menu is exquisite, and as an added perk, dinner Guests can watch Disney’s Enchantment from the 15th-floor observation deck. The views were spectacular, and it was such a memorable experience!

I hope some of my above tips help you secure reservations for your upcoming trip. If there is anything else I or any of my fellow panelists can do to help, please reach out to us.

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
