Hey there, Melissa,
Welcome to planDisney! It looks like you might already be on site, and if so, I’m happy to help make all your Mickey Ear dreams come true.
I’ve just returned from my own visit to
Magic Kingdom Park and had the best time exploring the latest merchandise (not to mention all the incredible attractions, shows, and snacks). While I was particularly drawn to the new
Logo Mania collection ears- my daughter picked up a pair which are
perfect for Character autographs or painted personalization from
Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe- I can understand why you’d like an embroidered Mickey Ear hat. They are hands down the perfect nostalgic souvenir!
You can find these at
Curtain Call Collectibles, which is right near the park entrance next to Town Square Theatre. You should find a few size and color options for the ears themselves, as well as a variety of thread colors and embroidery fonts. A few of my panel pals noted that
Fantasy Faire is another great option for embroidery, though I haven't stopped in recently to check the assortment.
I recommend allowing plenty of time for your custom creation to be completed, so be sure to stop by well ahead of shop closing. If you run out of time during your magical park day, you can also visit
Disney's Wonderful World of Memories in Disney Springs, which doesn't require theme park admission. My family spent our last few hours there yesterday before heading back to the airport. Shopping and a stop at Gideon's Bakehouse for cookies and some Peanut Butter Cold Brew helped make our departure day a bit more bearable.
Melissa, I hope this helped! If you have any additional questions, please come back and let us know. Wishing you a wonderful vacation!
Magic and memories,
Amy
