Does Magic Kingdom still do the Electric parade?

    Hey there, Cait!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for sending us your excellent question about the Main Street Electrical Parade.

The Main Street Electrical Parade was one of the most iconic parades in Magic Kingdom Park history. I regret to inform you that the Main Street Electrical Parade ended its historic run on October 9, 2016. The Main Street Electrical Parade was one of my daughter’s favorite experiences at Walt Disney World Resort and we truly miss it. We love to catch re-runs of it online, and the soundtrack will forever be a part of our playlists!

However, there are still many entertainment options available at Magic Kingdom Park. Happily Ever After is the newest and largest fireworks show in Magic Kingdom Park history -- and my absolute favorite! It will “blow you away” with its projections, music and stories.

If you are want to keep things "electric", don’t forget to catch the Electrical Water Pageant — a playful, nighttime water parade located in the lagoon just outside of Magic Kingdom Park. You can see a list of recommended viewing locations on the Electrical Water Pageant — Magic Kingdom Park page.

Cait, if you have any additional questions, please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again. We are always here to help you!
